Apps that the district purchases, supports, and recommends can be found in Clever. However, just because a tool isn't listed on Clever doesn't mean teachers are not permitted to use it.

The full list of all approved EdTech tools can be found here. In addition to listing the apps in Clever, it also includes some free apps that an interdepartmental team of administrators has reviewed and approved for use. These apps should not be used in lieu of our apps in Clever, but it is permissible to use as a supplement. For example, Prodigy Math is not purchased or supported by the district but is allowed for use in your classroom. If you use Prodigy Math, it should not take away from your use of Math in Focus or ST Math. 

PLEASE NOTE: Teachers should use caution when investing time and effort into building content in tools not purchased by the district. Developers may change the terms of access on free accounts at any time, and as we have no relationship with the company our ability to support your use of them will be limited. 

Do you want to use a tool not on the list? Please submit a support ticket with "App Request" as the type and our interdepartmental team will review it and get back to you. If approved, you may link to these apps from your Schoology or Clever teacher page. Most apps support Sign in with Google for an easy sign-in experience. 

There have been a few app requests that the review team have not approved. Here is a list of those apps and recommended alternatives.
